Description
The Henry County Performing Arts Center provides performance and meeting space for 50 schools in the Henry County system and for many area civic, non-profit and commercial organizations. On average, nearly 60,000 people attend performances at the center annually, presented by some 20,000 participants. The Performing Arts Center opened in September 1998 and features a 710-seat proscenium theatre, dressing rooms, orchestra pit, lobby space and a gallery for display of student artwork. The Center is located on the campus of Henry County High School.
