Event Description
This free concert features Mozart's "Overture to 'The Magic Flute,'" Prokofiev's "Romeo and Juliet," and highlights from "Rainbow Body" by Atlanta School of Composers member Christopher Theofanidis. Rounding out the program are Copland's "Appalachian Spring" and Bernstein's "Three Dance Episodes from 'On The Town.'" Jacomo Baros, the Assistant Conductor of the Charlotte Symphony, leads the Orchestra.
