Enjoy stories and music celebrating one of America's earliest and least known folk heroes — High John the Conqueror— who was born on slave plantations and served as an inspiration for people who needed all of the inspirations that they could get. In the company of other trickster characters such as Anansi and Br'er Rabbit, this show answers all questions about who High John the Conqueror really was. This show is written by and stars Rob Cleveland and Eric J. Little.
